Katherine Munoz

Colombian-born and raised partly in Ecuador, where she met Martha at age 11 and formed the friendship that later inspired Mokha Creative Studio.
After moving to the U.S. at 18, she developed a distinct style in wedding and event photography—colorful, emotional, and modern.
She manages the business and client side of Mokha, making every project seamless and collaborative.
Katherine’s work reflects her roots: warm, intentional, and full of personality.

Martha Ponce

Born and raised in Ecuador, Martha began her journey as a wedding photographer in 2017 and continued her work after moving to the U.S. at 23, balancing photography in New York City with part-time work in the restaurant industry—an experience both founders share, giving them a natural sense of hospitality and client care.

She leads Mokha’s creative direction and post-production, bringing years of experience and a refined visual approach to the studio. Her background includes working as an editor and post-production editor at a TV broadcasting network, supported by an associate degree in Digital and TV Production.
